An aromatic wine with white flower, apple and an underlining pallet of freshly crushed lime. This is a generous Riesling with great balance and length.

Handpicked at 11.5 Beaume and the whole bunches were pressed straight to stainless steel. Fermentation took place at cool temperatures.

Yet another dry winter and spring had us on edge with round the clock irrigation to maintain vigour and fruitfulness. These dry times are a true testament to our viticulture. January storms relieved the vines and harvest came off perfectly with great natural acidity.
