A warmer summer allowed excellent ripening conditions. Flavour development was of high quality with a natural acid balance. The season resulted in crisp and elegant white wines

The wine shows elegant and subtle aromatics. 

Handled with restrained, cool barrel fermentation in tight grained French oak barriques, it satisfies even the most discerning palate and increases in complexity with age.

Best dish: Roast chicken with creamy sauce.
