Who is the Bondi Bootlegger?
What are you, a cop? Nobody has met him in person, but there are plenty of rumours. All we know is that his mission in life is to bring the fun to the people, any way that he can.
How does Bondi Bootlegger operate?
The Bondi Bootlegger (or BB as he’s affectionately known) “finds” the best quality wines in town and hijacks each shipment before it reaches its destination. That is why he can sell them off at ridiculously low prices. These are wines that can only be found at exclusive venues around Sydney and not at any bottle shops.
What products do you deliver?
The BB has decided to focus exclusively on top quality wines by the case or half case. You might have tried some of these wines at your favourite restaurant but have no way to buy them as they are not sold at any bottle store. All of BB’s cases are around 50% off the venue price so you can enjoy these wines without breaking the bank.
When do you Deliver?
The BB delivers every Monday and Friday. If you play your cards right, there’s also the chance for rush delivery - that’s up to the big man to decide (get in touch).
Can we get take-away or pick-up if we want to?
The BB has assured us that we are allowed to sell the goods through a secret little window in Bondi at a pre organised time. We like to keep this hush hush - let’s keep the rat bags out of this. Drop us a line.
What health and safety practises are you using?
The BB has been wearing gloves and a mask for disguise long before it became necessary during these times, and the crew takes hygiene and public safety very seriously. All delivery is contactless and no money is exchanged directly. All products have been sanitised prior to delivery - feel free to reach out with any questions.
Do you offer gift cards or Sets so we can send a present to someone?
The longer this virus drags on, the more birthdays and anniversaries will have passed without adequate celebration. The Bootlegger can’t accept that. This is why he’s got options for you to send gifts to people to make their day even more special... and maybe a little wobbly. What is your return policy?
You ask a lot of questions... We cannot pick anything up from a customer due to the strict health and safety practises we employ. Please choose carefully when placing an order - we’re risking our necks and a long time in the clink to get it to ya! If there is an issue with a delivery then please take a photo and send it through to us. We’ll make it right.
Why is the alcohol discounted so heavily?
Most of our alcohol is at least 50% off of their recommended venue prices as the Bootlegger is a man of the people. He knows that money is tight at the moment but believes it’s still important to have a good time, now more than ever. Let us worry about...the details… and you just enjoy your giggle water.
Is there a minimum order fee?
There is no minimum order fee but there will be free delivery around our turf (Eastern Suburbs). If you live in another gang’s locality (further out), we’ve got smuggler networks itching for work - let’s chat.
