A wine so good, we just had to call it our own. We’re proud to present our limited run of our tasty Field White, straight from the Bootlegger’s private cellar. Each bottle is hand labeled and individually numbered. We could only get our hands on 30, so don’t dilly dally!

The fruit for this blend is from an old Semillon vineyard in the Barossa Valley which contains various other white varieties such as Riesling and Trebbiano. A real mixed bag, like the Bootlegger himself. The organic fruit was hand-picked and then left on skins for a day before being basket-pressed and fermented in a concrete tulip fermenter. The wine was then matured for one year in a large oak cask. You get spiced pear and citrus notes on the nose followed by green apple and papaya on the palate.
