From Sundays is a project to show how diverse the world of winemaking can be. 

We were inspired when we got this amazing pinot gris which just had the most beautiful colour and we wanted to explore what was possible with the varietal. Each year we choose a different grape to explore and push boundaries and expectations.

The idea is to take fruit from the same vineyard, picked at the same time, and make three completely different wines. It is quite amazing to line up the three of the wines are try them together. Whilst there is a commonality between them they all have their own distinct personalities.

Minimal intervention. Indigenous yeasts, open fermenter, no oak, no additions, minimal filtering, minimal sulfites.
