This is a classic Provence with a mid salmon colour and tinges of orange / russet hue. This is a strawberry Cote de Provence all the way - from scent to palate to aftertaste. Light, wonderfully refreshing and of course best served sitting in the sunshine but please don’t over chill as it will suffer. :
